Monja Mani


Monja is a mother of two, yoga teacher and practitioner, reiki master and nature lover. From her heart, she wishes to uplift other through sharing holistic yoga practices and reiki.

She’s been practicing and teaching yoga since 24 years, internationally trained to teach in Hatha yoga, Jivamukti (800hrs+), Prenatal Khalsa Way (r), Kula Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, as well as sound healing and reiki.

In her classes, workshops and retreats she uniquely merges all the teachings to create spaces where everyone feel held, safe to connect deeper to their bodies, minds and spiritual self.

Her attention to the energies of her students makes it possible to create a unique inner journey every time you step on the mat guided by her.

During pregnancy, I discovered the beauty of knowing and loving myself, and that radiates from within. This incredible experience reveals the vastness of who we are and what we are capable of, transforming us forever.

The experience of unconditional love and compassion is the greatest gift of motherhood.

For me, motherhood has become a form of daily Sadhana—a sacred practice. I am grateful to share my 20 years of experience as a yoga and prenatal yoga teacher, as well as my journey as a mom to two beautiful girls, with you.
